The process of making a panda baby requires meticulous attention to each process. If not given enough attention, the production process will be far different from the real giant panda. During the production process, work with the modeler to continuously adjust and restore every panda's beneficial details as much as possible

原创设计

经过长期研究,将熊猫面部数据进行3D扫描建模,后期采用手工雕刻面部模型使得熊猫玩偶五官更加生动还原熊猫的质感与形态。

After long-term research, 3D scanning and modeling of panda facial data were carried out, and in the later stage, manual carving of facial models was used to make the panda doll's facial features more vivid and restore the texture and form of the panda.

​手工打版

总共25道工序纯手工缝制拼接细密紧实浑然一体,并创新性地开发了裘皮上嵌套硅胶的工艺使得熊猫玩偶的眼睛、鼻子和脚掌都更加生动逼真，赋予非遗裘皮新生命。

There are a total of 25 processes of pure manual sewing and splicing, which are fine, tight, and seamless. The innovative development of silicone nested technology on the fur makes the eyes, nose, and soles of panda dolls more vivid and lifelike, giving new life to intangible cultural heritage fur.

熊猫工厂经过长时间研究熊猫面部数据进行3D扫描建模后 采用手工雕刻面部模型,不断去调整与修改 手工雕刻的优势在于可以使造型更加生动还原,不愿放过媲美真实熊猫质感与形态。

After long-term research on panda facial data and 3D scanning modeling, the Panda Factory adopts hand carved facial models. The advantage of constantly adjusting and modifying hand carved models is that they can make the shapes more vivid and reproducible, and they do not want to let go of the texture and form of real pandas.
